Please join USGBC-SC Chapter’s Lowcountry Branch for an excellent discussion about all the issues that government, public education, and other non-profit developers face when they have decided to build sustainably.  Representatives from the Charleston County School District, South Carolina Research Authority, consultants for the City Housing Authority, and others are scheduled to serve on the panel.  Though we’ll be taking questions from the branch membership, topics are likely to range from available grants and recovery funding to compliance with LEED mandates and efforts to renovate existing facilities.
