Chapter Membership Levels

• Member: Individuals who do or do not work for a USGBC Member company are invited to join as Members.
• Emerging Green Builder (EGB): Full-time students or young professionals having recently (within 5 years) graduated are encouraged to join the SC Chapter as Emerging Green Builders.

How to become a…

• USGBC Member (corporate):
  • Cost: $300 – $12,500/year – dependent on business and revenue.
  • Online: You will need to register on the USGBC national website in order to join through their online system. At the login page, click “Register” to create a new account. Go to www.usgbc.org/youraccount.
• SC Chapter Member (individual):
  • Cost: $50 for employees of USGBC member corporations; $65 otherwise; $25 for Emerging Green Builders
  • Online: You will need to join the SC Chapter on the USGBC national website through their online system. If you are already a registered customer, log on to order membership. If you are not registered on the USGBC national website, click “Register” at the login page, to create a new account.
